Emergency check-up
Harvey had a head full of tiny hairs but upon closer inspection, there was something wrong with Harvey’s hair. Tom pointed it out to Laura. She took a closer look and her eyes grew wide. They immediately pointed it out to Harvey’s biological parents.

Laura and Tom knew they should act on it right away and hurriedly called the hospital. When they told the doctors what they found, the doctors asked them to bring baby Harvey to the hospital as soon as possible.
They needed to test the baby
Once everyone arrived in the hospital, the doctor who was in charge of Harvey’s birth was waiting for them. He immediately looked at Harvey’s head. The doctor immediately asked for permission to conduct some tests on Harvey.

The doctor cut off a few hair samples from Harvey’s head for examination. Everybody in Laura’s family was feeling anxious. They had no idea what was going on. The doctor did not explain to them what they were suspecting and what the tests were for.
