As soon as he enlisted in the Air Force, Joseph had set the bar too high when it comes to camaraderie and sportsmanship. He was never one to back down from challenges but he also made sure that he wasn’t hurting or affecting any one of his team mates which definitely says a lot about his character.
Joseph was a very approachable person and many of his colleagues and even his superiors had nothing but kind words to say about him. He was also very active as he played for the Charleston Air Force Bases’s softball league. However, tragedy struck unexpectedly.
That One Fateful Night
Despite him being dispatched on missions far away from family and sacrificing his time with them, he always came home safe and sound. Never a scratch on his body and for that his family was always thankful as his job was always a hazardous one.
Joseph was only at his prime when tragedy struck. It his his family the hardest when he died unexpectedly, at only age 36, during a car crash. His parents and his wife were left behind, unable to fully grasp that he was forever gone. They decided to bury him at the Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas.
