Travelling In Europe? These Are The 10 Countries You Don’t Want To Visit!

Russia

The great country of Russia has enticed travellers for years, despite its somewhat controversial political history. Still, with the recent events, this is one European country that should not be on top of anyone’s travels.

If politics doesn’t weigh that heavy for you, the weather alone is a significant deterrent to visiting the vast and cold nations. Also, it seems the government themselves don’t issue Visas to travellers that easily, with the U.S. Embassy stating, “The Russian government maintains a restrictive and complicated visa regime for foreigners who visit.”

Belarus

Another country on our list that should be ignored is Europe, mainly for political and ethical reasons. For starters, a dictator rules it, and even if you can forget about that part, all photography is practically forbidden. In addition, the country’s capital, Minsk, is usually rated as one of the worst cities in Europe.

We aren’t passing judgment on the people or culture of the country but want to caution travellers looking for a leisurely vacation to skip this one. Also, the government is known for violating fundamental human rights.
