8 Emeril Lagasse
Emeril Lagasse, an American celebrity chef and restaurateur, is a television personality.
He attended Johnson & Wales University in order to master his craft. In 1978, he graduated the culinary school and was appointed Executive Chef at Dunfey’s Hyannis resort in 1979. In 1983, he was named Chef of the Year.
After seven-and-half years as Executive Chef at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, he decided to open his own restaurant, Emeril’s.
Emeril has been honored with numerous industry awards, appeared on numerous tv shows, and written many cookbooks.

Rachael Ray, an American celebrity chef, author, TV personality and businesswoman, is Rachael Ray.
Her “quick-and-easy” cooking style is well-known worldwide. It allows people to prepare healthy meals in just 30 minutes.
Rachael began her career at Macy’s Marketplace, before she moved to Agata and Valentina, a specialty grocery store.
After managing a pub, she became a Cowan & Lobel buyer and began to teach others how to make her famous “quick 30 minutes meals”.
She was a strong advocate for her causes, which helped her to become a star chef in the TV industry.
Now, she hosts the RachealRay daily talk and lifestyle show, as well as 30-minute meals on Food Network.
