True Detective’s first season was a huge success. The second season was somewhat disappointing and underwhelming. Later, the producers of HBO’s True Detective admitted that they had rushed the creation of the second season. However, they have taken their time creating the third, which will air in early 2019. The show will star Mahershala Ali as the lead detective and Stephen Dorff will play the role of the assistant. It will be directed and edited by Nic Pizzolatto who directed True Detective, but not this season. This episode was shot in Arkansas, where Pizzolatto was a student.

The Gilded Age is for you if you are a fan of Downton Abbey and would like to experience the same historical accuracy in an American setting. Julian Fellowes is the screenwriter and award-winning novelist responsible for Gosford Park, as well as the show’s creator. We know that the show will be about a family trying to integrate into high society, although we have not seen much information.
