JYP’s Entertainment’s ITZY group is another popular K-pop girl band. The debut single “It’z Different”, which was released in 2019, saw this girl band achieve commercial success. This song won several awards, including the Melon Music Awards, 34th Golden Disc Awards, and Mnet Asian Music Awards.
They held a significant hold on South Korean pop culture and were instrumental in K-Pop Evolution. The intrinsic members of the group are Yuna, Ryujin and Chaeryeong. The Korean girl group has one Instagram account, and its fandom is the measure for their popularity.
They bravely released their second- and third Eps, It’s Me (and Not Shy) despite the pandemic. They also performed a live stream on the global level. Source Music and the band’s contract would end in May 2021, and it would be disbanded.

GFriend takes 5th place in K-pop’s most popular girl groups. The six-member South Korean band received many accords and a stunning discography since 2015. Their debut EP Season of Glass received wide praise from Sowon and Yerin, Yuju, Yuju, SinB, Umji, and Eunha.
They were so popular that Grammy Mini Masterclass interviewed them to discuss their influence on youth. After Walpurgis Night, their last full-length album, they split. After each release, their album sales rose. After every release, their album sales soared.
