Paul McCartney spent $3.2 million to have a beautiful wedding in Ireland. He never imagined that he would have had to spend more to end his marriage. McCartney wed Heather Mills in 2002, before filing for divorce in 2006.
Mills was accused by Paul McCartney of marrying him for his money. However, he denied these accusations. The couple settled after months of litigation in 2008. Mills demanded $48 million from the former Beatle.
7 Harrison Ford & Melissa Mathison – $85 Million
After meeting on the set of Apocalypse Now, Harrison Ford and Melissa Mathison were married in 1983. The marriage ended in divorce, as with many Hollywood couples. Mathison claimed that her husband was “partying” with other women.
