This Couple Is Shocked To Find Their Son’s Grave Green Like It Was Spring, But The Whole Of Texas Was Suffering From Drought

Through The Drought

Days have passed and Jake slowly notices a change in the season. Summer had finally come, but there was a major problem. Everyday he would go to the cemetery and so he would see that because of the day’s sweltering heat, every plant he saw was starting to turn brown.

The grass at the cemetery had also started to dry up and turn brown. It was depressing to look at and he felt like if he wasn’t going to do anything, that he’d be disappointing his wife knowing that she, too, loved gardening and was a green-thumb herself.

Practical Solution

Seeing the depressing sight of the grass starting to die because of the heat, he came up with a practical solution. So when he went home after visiting his wife’s grave, he gathered all his gardening supplies and prepared them for the next day.

Jake brought a hose to the cemetery and found the nearest faucet. His hose was long enough to reach his wife’s grave, so he watered the nearby areas, too. A few days after, he noticed little changes happening. The grass was finally starting to turn green again.
