Tommy Hilfiger’s Greenwich mansion

Fashion designer and millionaire Tommy Hilfiger have put up his mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut, for sale last 2020. Hilfiger used to call this 13,344 square-foot mansion the Chateau Paterno since it was originally built in 1939 for Charles Paterno. There is quite a lot of history in the house and it has been renovated for modern times since Hilfiger moved in.

The mansion has rose and water gardens, a four-bay garage, a guest cottage, and a greenhouse. Although he loves the place, Hilfiger and his wife have decided to leave the area to relocate to Palm Beach, Florida. Even though it has been recently available, the fact that no takers have been lining up has surprised realtors in the area.

Steve Wynn’s Las Vegas mansion

Billionaire Steve Wynn placed his Las Vegas 13,500-foot mansion on the market in 2020. His home is listed for $25 million, making it the most expensive Las Vegas property for sale that year. The property has six bedrooms, 10 baths, a movie theater, a private gym, a private spa, a huge pool area, and golf course views.

The property is not only huge but also located in a double-gated community for maximum security. Rumor has it that the billionaire has spent about $16 million in renovations alone. Despite its luxurious features, spacious property, property, and impressive security, its huge price tag may turn away some prospective buyers for a while.
