Clutch
The clutch connects the engine and transmission in manual transmission cars. Applying and releasing the clutch disk allows some amount of slippage so that your passengers will not be banging against each other while you switch gears.
This amount of slippage to make your passengers comfortable will come with a price after frequent use. Over time, the clutch disk will wear out and you will have to replace it right away.
